REPAIRS

Ghurka does offer a repair service. It is important to note however that this service is not a refurbishing or cleaning service. If you need more information about caring for and cleaning your Ghurka products please see Caring for your Ghurka products. Please note there is a $25 minimum handling charge for all repairs.

Important Note: Each year our repairs service must close between December 10th and January 3rd. Repairs sent in during this time period will not be processed until after January 3rd.

Here is the procedure for repairs:

1) Please fill out the form below. Print out the filled out form. Enclose the form together with the item to be repaired in an appropriate container.

2)Ship packaged item via pre-paid to:

*Ghurka is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

3) Upon receiving and reviewing your Ghurka product we will contact you at your daytime phone # or via email to advise you of any repair charge and how long the repair will take. Generally the turn around time is approximately 6-8 weeks since we apply the same standards of quality and craftsmanship to our repairs that we use in making new products.
