SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
For security reasons, Ghurka online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. You may request UPS Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air during the check-out process. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, two day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless you choose Saturday delivery. Ghurka cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
In-Store Pickup is available free of charge. If you choose this option upon checkout you will receive notification if the item is available immediately at the store. If it is not, it will be shipped from the warehouse to the store and will be available within 3 business days.
Ghurka.com ships internationally provided that UPS ships to your destination. Two options are available at checkout, Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited. For orders shipping to Canada, Standard Ground service is also available.
All applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier.
TRACK MY ORDER:
Ghurka ships its products exclusively with UPS. When your order has shipped we will email you a shipping notification that includes a UPS tracking number. You may visit www.UPS.com and follow the on-screen instructions to track your package.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately emailing email@example.com or calling (800) 587-1584.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
SALES TAX, USE TAX & DUTIES:
Ghurka charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.
Your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the recipient and will be billed by the delivering carrier.
Gift wrapping services are available for most accessories and business bags. Gift wrapping for accessories is $5 and for business bags is $10. This includes product gift wrapping and hand written gift cards.

We do not offer gift wrapping for travel bags at this time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
POLICY: You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 30 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or a store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items are final sale. Ghurka reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at Ghurka's sole discretion.
INSTRUCTIONS: Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. For your convenience, a UPS postage-paid return label has been provided. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials, fill out the enclosed return form, and affix the label to your package. You may also print a copy of the return form below. Returns without our Ghurka return form enclosed will be refused.
REFUNDS: Returns to Ghurka.com are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. There are no refunds on sale items. We will deduct $10 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $10 fee does not apply to exchanges. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at UPS.com. Please note, unless the return is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
GIFT RETURNS: Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item or a gift certificate for the purchase amount to the recipient.
IN-STORE RETURNS: You may also return or exchange your online purchase at no charge in any of our U.S. Ghurka boutiques. The original packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at department stores or other wholesale distributors.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors relating to typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Ghurka is committed to our tradition of fine hand-craftsmanship honed over four decades of superior artisanal manufacturing processes and quality control. We guarantee all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.
While our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product damage that may result from mishandling, we do offer a high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee, assuming the item is repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available.
Our guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damage, such as product or content loss.
YOUR GHURKA BAG IS BUILT TO LAST AND WILL PATINA BEAUTIFULLY OVER TIME. FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE A LIFETIME OF ENJOYMENT AND ADVENTURE WITH YOUR GHURKA PRODUCT:
We always recommend using our Ghurka Leather Care Formula to condition and clean your leather bag.
For surface dirt, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
For minor scuffs, use Ghurka Leather Care Formula as a cleaner and conditioner. Apply a small amount onto a clean, dry cloth and rub gently into the leather, evenly coating a complete section or panel of the product in order to achieve a uniform result. When dry, gently buff the leather with a clean, dry cloth.
Brush off any loose dirt with a soft brush.
Ghurka twill can be cleaned with a mild solution of color-free laundry detergent and warm water. Mix one teaspoon of detergent to each pint of water. Dampen a clean white cloth with solution and blot the affected and surrounding area. Never scrub or brush a singular spot on your bag because this may cause irregular discoloring. It is always best to clean a complete section of the product to achieve a uniform appearance. All stains should be treated immediately.
NEVER DRY CLEAN OR MACHINE WASH YOUR GHURKA BAG
Ghurka offers an in-house repair service for Ghurka items that have been damaged. Please note that our repair department does not provide refurbishment or cleaning services. There is a $25 minimum handling charge for all repairs.
