Ghurka offers an in-house repair service for Ghurka items that have been damaged. Please note that our repair department does not provide refurbishment or cleaning services. If you need more information about caring for and cleaning your Ghurka bag, please see our Caring for Your Product page. There is a $25 minimum handling charge for all repairs.
Holiday Note: Each year our repair service closes between December 10th and January 3rd. Repairs sent in during this time period will not be processed until after January 3rd.

Please print and complete the form below. Properly package item and form in a waterproof or plastic bag before placing in a shipping box or pouch.

Post and ship packaged item to our repair center below. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend shipping via UPS.

Upon receiving and assessing your Ghurka product, we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of your repair charge and anticipated repair timeframe. In most cases, turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. For answers to any additional repair related questions, please contact us at 1-800-587-1584, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
